In 2024, BLEND conducted an online survey to get a pulse on people’s perceptions of the modern-day IVR/voice CX experience, receiving responses from all age demographics on every continent. 2024 was an exciting year at BLEND, from acquiring Manpower Language Solutions (MLS), Israel’s leading localization provider, and growing our team, to welcoming Yoav Ziv as BLEND’s new CEO.
