Can I submit a glossary?
Yes, we always encourage our clients to submit a glossary if they have one. You will be able to upload a glossary or any other reference files when you are prompted to provide a translation brief in our Wizard. This will help us keep all your business translations consistent and on-brand.
Yes, our translators and their projects are consistently reviewed to ensure they continue to provide the high-quality business translations expected of them by our clients. If you would like a second translator to conduct a quality review, we recommend selecting the Professional or Expert plan when submitting your project.
We are able to handle business translation projects of any size. If you are a company with a large or ongoing project, we recommend contacting our sales team for personalized assistance, rather than opening a project directly through our self-service translation Wizard.
We can work with any file format, though delivery times may change depending on if the file is editable (DOCX, XLS, TXT, etc.) or not (PDF, JPG, etc.).
We do our best to return completed projects in 1-2 business days. We’ll provide a more accurate delivery estimation based on your project’s language pair and size at checkout. If you need it urgently, you may select the “Urgent Delivery” option at checkout, or contact our customer support.
